AROMA-T’s HEALTH AND WELLNESS COMMUNITY
NEWSLETTER

Today, there is a greater need to find more natural remedies for issues people are dealing with. Some of these are near and dear to me as either family members or myself have experienced these issues. Heart, brain, thyroid health along with cancer and diabetes are just a few challenges my family has dealt with. It has been my passion to deal with these issues naturally, mainly because when watching other people using traditional remedies, they start dealing with long-term issues created by these remedies. Only the symptoms are being treated and not the real causes of a person’s dis-ease or dis-comfort. So my passion is to share how to create harmony with solutions to prevent or minimize the causes of what we deal with in our internal system.

God created us in His image and likeness. When Adam and Eve committed the first sin by eating the fruit of the forbidden tree, God set forth man’s lifelong journey with dis-ease. But God did provide natural resources to heal from these inflictions, such as food, herbs, spices and essential oils from plants, trees, shrubs and bushes. So for thousands of years, people used these healing resources made available to them. In fact, you can read passages in the Bible, which refers to a number of essential oils and how they were used. Now, fast forward to our times where we are faced with decisions between traditional remedies versus alternative remedies, many people are opting for the alternative and natural remedies. Even medical professionals are understanding the wonderful benefits their people are experiencing by incorporating these natural remedies for better health and wellness.

As I mentioned earlier, my family has dealt with certain issues. Being a member of a community of like-minded people, networking with naturopathic professionals and individuals who embrace natural remedies, along with various courses and workshops I have attended for the past 15 years, all that I have learned I share with others so they can also benefit from this wealth of information.

When dealing with heart issues, we now use just a pinch of cayenne pepper to keep the heart happily beating to its natural tune. Young Living has two beautiful blends AromaLife and Joy that create a harmonious internal atmosphere so the heart can be at ease. Because these blends have such a pleasant aroma, putting them on the heart pulse points on the wrists makes for an awesome whiff during the course of the day. After taking a shower, you can optimize your internal system by putting a drop or two of your choice of essential oil on the bottom of your feet. If you want to address an issue for a particular area, you can massage an essential oil to the points for that area. This is one of the easiest ways to enjoy and optimize your health during the course of the day.
(Please see the foot chart for your internal system on the next page.)

With a few members of the family with diabetes, it is important to be mindful of living a much healthier lifestyle than my earlier days. Our diet is key for optimal health. Food is the very substance that sustains us. Our choices for creating healthy meals, is crucial to help maintain our ph balance. It is so important to keep your internal system alkalized. This means creating a balance of ph in your body. To understand how crucial this is, please check out this link. http://www.envirohealthtech.com/ph.htm

This was our first lifestyle change. We now eat predominantly organic and natural choices. I am a big advocate of Christopher Vasey who created a chart of acid and alkalizing food. Please visit this link. This also include a few tantalizing delicious recipes.

Dr. Lam is another individual who has developed an extensive list of foods for each blood type. He gives an explanation of which foods are good and why as well as which foods are not for each blood type and why. I truly appreciate his approach. He clearly lists what is good for our health and well-being. God did create us in His likeness but each of us are unique in ourselves and require different needs instead of a whole meal is good for everyone type of mentality.

We incorporate Young Living Essential oils and oil-infused supplements on a daily basis to help jumpstart our day.

NingXia Red is a superfood beverage infused with essential orange, yuzu, lemon and tangerine oils as well as the puree of whole fruits, wolfberry, blueberry, plum, cherry, aronia, pomegranate and grape seed extract. With all the nutrients in these ingredients, I tend to call it my liquid vitamins.

Mineral Essence is a liquid blend of minerals – calcium, magnesium, potassium, lithium, boron, sulfate, sodium and chloride. This is also infused with essential oils – lemon, cinnamon bark and peppermint.

These two essential supplements play an important role for optimum health and well-being; especially for heart health, immune system as well as stamina and energy. We add these to our morning smoothie which consists of a blend of organic fruits, coconut milk, MCT oil and coconut oil.
Delicious way to start your day!!
